I was very impressed with the fantastic results I received by signing with Robert Paul and Stephen Record to sell our townhome in Sherman Oaks. In a real estate market that wasn't very hot, they were able to sell our townhome in about two weeks for above asking price. I was impressed by the professional manner in which they prepared for the sale of our townhome. After signing, they immediatley began the process. They took great photos of our place, designed a remarkable flyer, posted it to the front of their website as "featured home", arranged a Brokers Open and then many Realtors visited with their clients. My wife and I had two offers presented to us in a short period of time.

Robert and Stephen then worked quickly to help us find a beautiful house, exactly what we were looking for in about a week. Hi Robert, 

We are finally settled into our new home and I wanted to take a minute to thank you for all of your hard work.  I know things got a little challenging at times but you were always there with a plan B, C and sometimes even a D.  We really feel like we made a good decision and you were a big part of that.  We are no longer busting out of our old house, we actually don't have enough to fill this one.  Thank you also for all of your pool advise.  We are taking care of it ourselves and it looks great.  We would happily recommend you to anyone we could and will if the opportunity arises.
