Title Insurance Fees
Determined by the sales price of your home. This includes the title policy, wire fee, endorsements, sub escrow fee, recording fee, etc.
Brokerage Fees
Generally determined by the sales price of your home.
State and Local Taxes
Los Angeles has both a City and County transfer tax. Amounts are based on the sales price of the property.
Escrow Fees
Determined by the sales price of your home. This includes escrow fee, demand fee, messenger fee, notary fee, doc compliance fee, etc.
Repairs
Determined in escrow. This might include termite work as well.
Reports
Various reports that are required to close escrow such as; termite report, hazard reports, 9A report, water certification, etc.
Lender Fees
Includes such items as interest pro-rations, forwarding fee, reconveyance fee, pre-payment penalty, etc.
Miscellaneous
These can include any of buyer’s closing costs agreed to be paid for through the contract, home warranty fee, professional service fee.
